The team at Complete Computer Solutions are phenomenal. I had a recurrent issue with my computer and they kept trying to address it over the 3 times I had to bring it back and did not charge me a new fee each time. Really great work and integrity. Old fashioned business ethic!

This review is long overdue. I cannot speak highly enough of my overall experience with Complete Computer Solutions. Long story short, I thought I was going to need to replace my custom built PC that wasn't even two years old. I have now used Complete Computer Solutions on two separate occasions and both times they were excellent. Brian and his team communicated everything thoroughly making sure I understood each step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough !! They are trustworthy, fast and professional!

Brian and his team are the definition of professionals. I myself would barely consider myself a novice when it comes to PC's. I had originally purchased a PC through ibuypower and wanted to do some modifications. Brian and his team had made suggestions to me such as replacing my 1TB HDD with a 1 TB SSD, upgrading my ram from 16gigs to 32 and putting in two more fans for better air circulation. When I had originally come in I had wanted to put in a different liquid cooler (a kraken x72) but brian and his team explained to me how my PC was already running cool with my current set up and saved me some money by doing so. They made sure my PC was running perfectly before returning it and I'm an extremely satisfied customer. They also had further recommendations which I'm considering going back to them in the future (upgrading from 750 watt PSU to a 1000 watt, and a few other good ideas). I would recommend them to family and friends because they're honest, knowledgeable and treat you with A+ service. Thanks guys for helping me again, I love my PC!

I had several issues on my computer which I could not resolve. I called Complete Computer Solutions and was impressed by there professionalism. They had a person to speak with to make appointments, and they came to my house on time. Most of the issues were resolved. On the one issue that wasn't, Bryan the owner, called me and offered to fix it at no additional charge over the phone. After dealing with poor, unreliable service for several years I am pleased to have found a better computer service company for my future needs.

Neither Apple nor Optimum could fix my iMac problems. Brian came to my home office on time, and was courteous and quick. He could not fix all the issues, but promised he would if he could take the computer with him. He left after 5 PM, and at 9 PM I got a call that everything was repaired. I had my computer back by noon the next day. I am grateful to him for his perseverance and expertise. He is a friendly, pleasant person, but does not waste any time while the meter is running.
